However, if you are employed and your employer is willing to write a letter proved your absence will cause severe financial loss (or you yourself would suffer severe financial loss), you can request an Expedite for the EAD. It took 5 weeks from submitted evidence for the expedite request to being approved for my EAD.
I see that the estimated time range for C9 EAD is between 2.5 to 5 months now and the receipt date for case inquiry is March 05, 2019.
Just curious if Anyone from Feb 2019 filers filed case inquiry?
Will it make any difference?
Is it advisable?
Thank you very much

I would just wait and be patient. In my case, I received a courtesy letter informing me to bring my medical form to the interview. From my understanding, i should expect an EAD anytime soon after receiving the courtesy letter.
I would not file a service request cos i'm afraid that will delay my case. Unless it is extremely out of the processing time, then I would give them a call.
You can always check your case on USCIS website, and enter any receipt number before you and see if they got approval. Let's say your receipt# ending in 200, try any number before that like 187-199. I did that and it appears any number before me has not received approval either.
Hope this helps.

I did the same. It looks like, many of us are waiting even though USCIS processing site is showing processing date of march .Lets wait for another 10-15 days before filing an inquiry or expedite request.

my case updated to "interview was scheduled" two days ago.
san antonio field office! it's moving guys!
now would it be bad if I went to interview empty handed? wife and I dated over 8 years before getting hitched and I feel like there's no real need to go over anything... plus all of our photos are mainly on our phone/interweb and we can't take our phones in.

Marriage based AOS, i-485, i-765 (NBC)
2/22/19 Case Received
3/14/19 Finger print review completed
6/5/19 Request for initial evidence mailed
6/7/19 Request for EAD expedite due to financial loss
6/10/19 Email from USCIS case cannot move forward until RIFE is received
7/1/19 Request for evidence received by USCIS
7/9/19 Request for EAD expedite due to financial loss
7/15/19 THE SAME Request for initial evidence
After receiving the same request I called USCIS to see what the issue was. The agent on the phone told me to wait 30 days from July 1 for updates. I called 8/1 and was forwarded to talk to a tier 2 officer. They told me they didn't know what was going on and they would put in a case inquiry as to why my case is still on hold and has been since 6/5. He said I should get an email within 5 days giving me some form of response or answer. Going on the 4th business day and heard nothing.

Hello Community,
I just got approval on both my wife's and my EAD.
On August 8, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC19906.
Received date 02/20/2019, FingerPrint 03/18/2019, NBC all the way.
I am so happy and sad at the same time!! I was starting to have real personal issues due to the whole waiting and uncontrollable situation. My wife followed me from France to the US and basically couldn't work for more than 2 years and recently couldn't leave the country for a whole year (TN Visa holders have to be in the US for at least 3 months before filing AOS).
I am just happy the waiting ended and now I am hoping for the green card appointment. I received a pink courtesy letter from July 27th requesting passport photos that shouldn't impact the process.
Good luck everybody.
I hope I will stop looking at the forums every 5 minutes.
