I don't receive text or anything.
I created an account at https://myaccount.uscis.gov

My I-765 has been stuck on "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" since 03/26/2019.
I put in a Service Request on 07/3019 and it still hasn't been assigned for processing.
I also contacted my Senator, and USCIS responded to his office with a letter saying that "The case is currently under review by an officer. Your constituent should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days".

Hey guys,
Houston TX (processing at NBC)
02/19/2019: USCIS Received Date
02/25/2019: Notice Date
03/25/2019: Biometrics
03/26/2019: Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview
I placed a SR on 7/30 for my I-765 (expected reply by 8/21) and another SR for my I-131 on 8/01 (expected reply by 8/23).
Today I checked my status and I noticed the following updates for both I-765 and I-131:
- On August 22, 2019, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR***MSC, was assigned to an officer for response.
- On August 22, 2019, we sent a response to your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR***MSC.
- On August 22, 2019, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR***MSC, was completed.
The case status for my I-765 still shows "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" and the I-131 shows "Case Was Received".
Does anyone have experience with this? What should I expect? Should I put in another SR?Houston TX (processing at NBC) - Marriage based case

Hey Southbay yep, crossed fingers that they will soon mail it to us! Regarding the social security i checked the box in the form that says card will be mailed, how do you do the follow up? Can we just call them?
After we received our EAD/AP card, we decided to go to the local Social Security office and apply for Social Security card in person. The lady checked the computer and told us that there was NO "pending" request from USCIS for Social Security card to be issued for us. So she processed one and said we will get it within 2 weeks. Visit was very quick....perhaps 30-40 minutes from the time we got there. When we filled out our I-765 we did check the box to receive Social Security card and I am sure USCIS eventually would have asked Social Security to process one for us. We just needed it sooner so we applied in person. FYI.
