Yes I raised a request on 21st and USCIS is expected to reply by Sep 12 . But I am not too hopeful. I am not sure which date of I 765 USCIS is processing?

You should check the processing times here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

For the National Benefits Center, they should have already processed everything before March 26, 2019, although I can tell you from personal experience that it doesn't mean that they actually did process all cases before that date. If you don't receive a response within 30 days you should probably raise another service request. Personally, I raised a service request and just got the notification that the card is in production, even though the service request didn't update. Hopefully the same thing happens to you.

              • After 200 days of waiting today my EAD was approved. I put in two expedite requests that I did not hear anything back from, one expedite request where they asked and I sent off evidence, and one SR. This morning I got an email saying that my card is being produced.

                • We had interview scheduled at previous field office for June but we had to move unfortunately to a different field office Jurisdiction so that interview was cancelled. How long does it take for interview to be rescheduled after a move? Is it still based on February priority date?

Aug 3, 2019: received the interview letter scheduled for Sep 6, 2019 (Los Angeles, CA)

                    UPDATED FROM HERE
                    SEP
                    Sep 6, 2019: Interview
Sep 9, 2019: Online status changed to Approved for I-130
Sep 10, 2019: Online status changed to Approved for I-485

                    About the interview:
                    - he asked me the security-related questions from I-485 ("have you committed a crime, etc). Oddly unlike the interviews I have read from the forum here, I got asked a little about my marriage.
                    - marriage-related questions: When did you meet? when did you get married? Who proposed to who?
                    - again more addin docs of apt lease, insurance, joint account, gas bill, check with our names (I was not sure why he was adding these to my already huge files he had in front of him since these were in there already.)
                    - he seemed to have a trouble about deciding which birth certficate was appropriate. The first birth certificate with translation that got sent with my initial i-485 was rejected even though it had a stamp from my consulate office. The second one I sent after RFE had a translation from a case manager I knew who worked at the immigration law firm who signed it and left her contact info on them, affirming her ability to translate. Also I got an interview notice after this was sent in response to RFE which I assumed that second translation was accepted. When the officer saw both of these birth certificates and translations he was not sure which one was the appropriate one for the "State dept."
                    - he walked with us toward the exit hall to make copies of some docs we had (again I am telling you he had them already) and informed us that he will ask his supervisor about my birth certificates that I submitted. Then he said to check the status online soon.
                    - the interview itself took about an hour.

                      • Hello All,

My journey to GC is complete and I thought I'd keep you guys posted since it helped me stay patient reading all these other folks getting their GC (probably meant that everything was moving forward).

                        my overall timeline:

                        2/5/2019 package arrived
2/6/2019 I-797C Notice (I don't remember what day i physically received it but notice has the date 2/7/2019)
2/8/2019 Biometrics Appointment Letter scheduled for 2/26/2019 (along with I-797C, I don't remember when I had the letter in hand)
                        2/15/2019 Biometrics Walk-in
2/20/2019 Biometrics review completed (on case status)
2/21/2019 Case is ready to be scheduled for interview
                        4/15/2019 Card in production (combo)
4/19/2019 Card was mailed to me
                        8/5/2019 Interview was scheduled
9/9/2019 Interview was Completed and My Case Must Be Reviewed
                        9/10/2019 Case was Approved
9/10/2019 New Card Is Being Produced

My interview experience kind of sucked. I honestly didn't submit much because I didn't have much other than lot of pictures.

Wife is doctor in training (doing last year of rotation in med school) so she lives out of state.

No joint bank accounts, no apartment lease with both our names, no cell phone bills with both our names, etc etc.

Interviewer kept asking question after question something that she knew I couldn't answer well (i.e. how do we know marriage is valid if you don't provide us with proofs? why don't you live together right now? etc etc)

Then she saw that I'm currently a "DACA" recipient and said some stuff in derogatory tone.

I pretty much told her "well I don't care if I get the GC approved today or tomorrow or a year from now. My wife and I dated almost 7 years before marrying each other and it's first marriage for both of us, we know it's real and I can't convince you to believe me if you choose not to trust us. And I'm an engineer for one of the biggest o&g company here so I can't really live with my wife since I work out of eagle ford/permian basin in Texas, if not I would've followed my wife out of state."

She looked at the affidavit of support and asked if I brought the latest tax return. I don't know if it surprised her that I was my own financial sponsor or amount of money I'm making she ended the interview shortly after then told us that she'll recommend that our case be approved to her supervisor.

My recommendation for you guys who don't live with your spouse, take all the messaging history (texts, fb messages, ********, or whatever), flight tickets of every time y'all visited each other, and etc.

It was nerve wrecking and not a pleasant experience at all. (at one point I thought they were going to deny my i485)

Hope it's better for experience for you guys!

                              • I have to apologize in advance for the long post.
I've been a silent reader ever since I started this process. I want to thank everybody for helping me without even knowing.
I came on a B1/B2 visa on 06/28/2018 and got married with my now husband on October 2018. We had a relationship for like 2 years before that date.
My PD was February 28 2019 and did my biometrics on March 25 2019 and after that Nothing, nothing at all, no updates to show my fingerprints were taken, no EAD (I never got it) Nothing. I can't explain you the anxiety I dealt with for pretty much the whole year lol. I cried, I prayed, I doubted (Did they take my fingerprints right?, did they storage my case and forgot about it? Am I being punish for not going back to my country after getting married?) I cannot explain it. The wait is hard, not being able to work, drive is hard. Especially living in Pennsylvania when you necessarily have to have a car, so I had to depend on my husband to drive me everywhere.

Anyway, the Lord blessed me the morning of 08/06 when my status went from "Fingerprints fee accepted" to "your case is ready to be scheduled.." I was soo happy and grateful, for a couple of hours till I saw a lot of my fellow forum mates having that same status stuck for 3,4 months and sometimes even more. But again, Thanks God it changed on 08/09 to "We scheduled an interview.." the date of the interview was 09/19 and it went the best way possible (ask me if you want me to explain the whole experience and questions asked) that same day at 12:00am the status changed to "Your card is on production" Today (09/25/2019) it changed to "card has been mailed" and then gave me the tracking number, I am now just waiting to have that precious piece of paper in my hand that I will conveniently receive for my birthday
My interview was held at Philadelphia.
I wish everybody a fast, smooth and easy process. Trust and pray to God if you believe in Him Because me, personally, I own everything to the Lord and if this chapter is over and with a happy ending is all because of him, not anything I've done nor did I deserve it. I will keep praying for all of you and your cases ❤️
