I hope you get it soon too! Not to be a Debbie Downer, but I have seen countless posts of waiting months for the actual interview after status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". I think that status is triggered once your file is sent to the local field office. It sits there until that office has openings for interviews. I hope this is not the case for you, or any of us. In there, they process EAD and AP, everybody is the same. However, each city where you're living will process i485 from National Benefit Center, so they schedule interview depends how fast the USCIS officers in your city areOriginally posted by page341 View PostF2B

My AOS application (employment-based, non-concurrent with I-140 filed in regular) was sent via FedEx and delivered at the Texas lockbox location on February 21st. It has been more than 30 days and my attorney has not received the receipt letters yet. Has anyone else experience such delay in receiving receipt letters?Comment

I still haven't received my Biometrics notice...meanwhile some March filers have their case ready to be scheduled for an interview.
My case is being processed at National Benefits Center and their wait times seem way longer than other places (when I check USCIS wait times - weirdly though they don't have National Benefits Center on the drop down menu for I-485 and I-130). I'm just surprised it's taking so long because I requested an expedite on my AP due to family illness so I thought I would at least received some sort of update (maybe an RFP even though I submitted evidence with my application). I'm in California so I thought they would send my applications to California Service Center but guess not.
