Thank you so much for sharing your experience - I really appreciate it!! I called them twice and the second time they gave me an incident number and they said they would look into it (they make you wait until it?s been over 15 days to look into it). Thankfully about an hour ago I received a bunch of text message notifications!!! I have never been so relieved. I don?t know why it took almost 3 weeks?? My Cheques still haven?t been cashed though.

Oh that?s wonderful. I know right, they don?t have any pattern to reply to the applicants, they just do randomly. I think it might take 3 days to show up that your check have been processed. It?s good that you got NOK for all forms. Keep waiting and be patient we all are in same boat

Thanks. My mailman decided to drive right passed my house and not deliver my mail today. Early weekend I guess. Luckily, my attorney received a copy of the notice today and just emailed it to me.

Hey @junkmart, even the same thing happened to us yesterday. Our USPS informed delivery showed that there?s a package getting delivered from USCIS (hopefully a biometric notice) along with another random mail. But what happened was we got that random mail peice getting delivered but not the USCIS one.

I?m at so worried now, how to find that USCIS letter. I spoke to usps customer care and they gave me a ticket no. And asked me to check back after 72 hours, but that?s too long

Any suggestion anyone can provide would be really helpful and appreciated

C5 package sent to Texas center

Hi, I sent I 765 form to Texas center and received a letter from Potomac center to inform me they received my document with receipt number. The problem is I did not receive any Biometric appointment since that time. I sent the form Feb 18 and They accepted my form and sent me a letter with date Feb 21 2019.
Is anybody on the same boat here?
Could you please share some information

I think you should contact with USCIS so let's see what they say, most of filers I look to this thread in Feb they receive between 3- 7 days, or any delay just 2 weeks. Hope you can get it soon! Waiting mine too

So do you think i can still submit I131 anytime in the next few months while the I485 is being processed? If i do so, do i have to pay $575 for I131 or since I have already submitted I485 and it's pending, i don't have to pay $575?

Also, i noticed online that the Processing time for I485 is anywhere between 13 months to 38 months Does this apply for the Immediate relative processing time as well? OR It's mainly for other Family based Green Card processing time?

Your feedback will be really helpful.
Yes, you can submit i131 also, you can do it right now without any charge, no fee because it goes with i485, but i have to mention the receipt number of i485
I485 process from 13 - 38 months depend on location that you will be interviewed, you apply at Houston, TX maybe 15-24 months

You just need to send again, sometimes they are confused the paper and evidences which you sent to them. I sent the package on 7 Feb and got rejected on 15 Feb. The reason is my immigration visa not available. Then, I wrote the letter indicate on their website my priority date before the filing date and I sent back to them on 28 Feb -- got accepted. Sometimes, officer process our cases might not focus and lost some paper

This has happened to me before, and I have found that going to the post office and speaking to the supervisor does no good.

I guess is alright, just don't start working until you have your EAD, just to be safe. I understand that people married to USC some illegal work is not a problem, but why go there?
