03/28/2019: Fingerprint review complete

05/03/2019: Interview has been scheduled

what are samples of proof for expedited pd?

well i initially did it through customer service and since i received no response i contacted my local congressman. We requested expedite based on financial loss, my wife works a part time and she tries her best to pick up overtime but it doesnt happen always. Based on what i researched i guess my EAD application is on hold because they requested initial evidence for the i485. I'm still waiting for the RFE letter on the mail and i will return the evidence asap and see how they handle my case from there.

No problem! Hey it is what it is, the waiting game is killing people lol. I’m pretty sure almost anyone who receive an employment opportunity will take it to make some cash while waiting.

5/13 called congressman this morning, he stated that RFE wouldn’t affect my EAD expedite and/or application, he said they are two different cases handled in different ways. Still waiting for RFE letter, hope it comes today.
5/13 RFE Letter came in the mail today requesting info regarding i864. Overnighted documents to the NBC, hopefully they change my status asap.

wow, it's fast, my status changed 2 weeks ago but nothing heard from USPS, just want to wait EAD first

Usually, they send a pink slip letting you know that you will have to bring your medicals at interview.

I already got my courtesy letter on March 25, what I got today is an expedite request for evidence mail (I-765) asking me to fax evidence of job offer.
