Document Was Mailed To Me? I-131

I submitted my AOS packet about a month ago and just finished my fingerprinting 10 days ago.
Fingerprint review was completed for I-485 and I765 as well.

However, I received a receipt for I-131 almost a week after the rest of the receipts (I-130, I-485, I-765)

It actually came with an empty envelope attached to the receipt with USCIS as a sender and has yellow sticker on the bottom with "Return to sender, No such street, Unable to forward". I'm not exactly sure what that means, and the receipt (only I-131) has a red stamp saying "Action Completed, Approved for Filing" with dates on. The case status says, "Document was mailed to me" for I-131 form. It does not say or came with anything else and I don't know what this means.

Does anyone else get this message? Do I need to do anything?

It looks like USPS delivered to other address and the person living there returned to USPS. Maybe someone at the USPS saw the mistake and was able to deliver it to your address (after they put the yellow sticker). That's my guess.

I just come across your concern and was wondering what happened in the end? Did you end up receiving your travel document? I got the same letter (with the same envelope) back on April 22nd, and my receipt date is April 10th. Then my case status tells me the document was sent April 23, which I only realised a few weeks ago and haven’t received no document. Tried a request and tried calling but I get no helpful information. I can only assume it was an error because it seems like April 23rd was way too early for me to receive the document.

Would appreciate any any help on this
