    Feedback

The overall TOC looks great. I have feedback on 3 things:

    1. The i-485 fee you have typed is wrong (assuming it is a typo cause you have $1,125). The fee should be $1,225, which includes the biometric fee. You can use this link to verify your fees - https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator

    2. i-864 form - I strongly recommend sending your 1040 forms AND all W2's + 1099's instead of only the tax transcript (make sure the 1040's are signed and dated). If you don't have your 1040 forms handy, I recommend sending all the W2's and 1099's for the corresponding tax transcripts. The reason I am suggesting this is because I have seen a lot of people in this forum get an RFE for sending only the transcript even though the requirements state that the transcripts are enough - no idea why this happens but it has happened to a lot of people here.

    3. I did not see a certificate of translation for your translated documents. I hope its in there if not you will get an RFE

Just a suggestion - You can mention that 130A is also being submitted in the table of contents for I-130
Concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 (submitted I-765 and I-131 too)
    Field Office - Boston, MA
11/17/18 - Sent package via USPS Priority Mail
11/19/18 - Priority Date & Delivered to the Chicago lockbox
11/26/18 - 4 texts received and checks cashed
    11/29/18 - Four I-797 NOA's in mail
12/07/18 - Received Biometrics NOA in Mailbox
    12/18/18 - Biometrics Appt. Completed
12/26/18 - Case Ready to Be Scheduled for an Interview
    01/07/19 - Interview was Scheduled

Thank you for looking over, yes check number amount was typo but check itself is correct
I will attach the tax documents as per your recommendation.
I have a birthcert doc which has both english and native language. I am adding affidavit from my uncle and one additional doc from background checks done by police that mentions the date.
And finally i will mention the 130A.

Any other suggestions are highly appreciated.

One more question I have is, would it be better to separate out applications its own manilla envelope and send it one one big packate or make one big stack using the binder prongs?

I do have another suggestion - It looks like you are providing a continuous employment letter for the beneficiary only. I suggest you supplement that with 6 months of pay stubs. If the petitioner works, I suggest you get an employment letter from his/her employer + 6 months of pay stubs. For the beneficiary include documentation to prove that you are legally authorized to work.

When I sent in my application (with the same forms as yours), I sent it as one big stack separated by binders and it worked out for me with no issues so far.

I (beneficiary) have higher income; and have had work authorizations with h1 and then tps so am sending all the ead copies. TPS ead is still valid for 2019. Definitely will include pay stubs.

I think it looks great, I dont see any mention of the petitioner's pay stubs.

12/19/2017 - USCIS received our RFE response on December 19th
            02/03/2018 - got my combined EAD\AP
10/04/2018 - Status updated in the USCIS case tracker as "Ready to schedule interview"
            10/09/2018 - Applied for EAD\AP Renewal
12/26/2018 - Got a notification that the "interview was scheduled"

Partner was unfortunately just laid off, We are going to include her paysubs for 6 months as well as her unemployment benefits for this year in addition to my income as a intending immigrant. The benefits alone cover the federal minimums and our combined incomes for 2019 will be in six figures. We are also including bank statements just to put cherry on the top. Partner will be employed by the time the interview will be scheduled. We will then add additional docs during the period.
