Hi everyone,
My case has been processing for 2 years now. My lawyer, mh husband and I contacted USCIS several times, submitted Ombudsman request twice, submitted senator request but no luck. I also recently moved from IL to NJ and changed my address in USCIS website. Today we contacted USCIS and asked what is the estimated time for case transfer, they did not know. So my question is has anyone been in this situation? What can I do to expedite it? and any idea about how long does the transfer take?
