  • missed finger printing - help

    Dear All,
I missed my finger printing, the USCIS said they had sent 6 months ago on my old address(which I didn't get) and they are saying my case is been denied since no response...What can i do now? Pls suggest...

They said I can do 'motion to reopen' but how much difficult is it and anybody gone thro' the same experience?

    Thanx for ur help...

A Motion to Open is not difficult but for a non legal person, it might be tough.
It s basicallya sking USCIS to reopen your case and why...........it will be a document called a Motion To Reopen and then a brief notarized afiidaavit...........it might do you well to us eon eof those immigration services if you cant afford an Attorney
