My daughters husband filed a I485 using her as a sponser. She received a letter indicating her income was not enough and she needed a joint sponsor, as well as some missing documents.
The letter lists the things she needs to do...along with SENDING A COPY OF THE LETTER she received. I prepared everything that was needed and I am acting as the joint sponsor and completed a I864. my Question...DOES SHE need to do another I864 or does sending the letter with her husbands name on it attached the new documents to the case.
