My interview was in January 2019. MY PD was August 2017. It went well but I was a little nervous because he gave us the speech of "I will pass on your case for approval but we need a background check on you." That kinda freaked me out because I have read of horror stories on this site of folks who heard the same thing and they are still waiting for their green card.

But thankfully, that wasn't my story. I literally got my card a week after our interview. I came back on here to say one thing. This forum is very useful, don't misuse the information you get on this site. Don't allow fear sink in. Read, be informed, but fight that fearful spirit and don't apply the worst case scenario to yourself.
