  • Interview in 2 hours

I?m a nervous wreck but my husband who is the citizen is really calm.
I overstayed my visa and here is the evidence I?m taking.

Joint 2018 tax return (we owe, thanks to the new tax bill two years agwe also have a payment arrangement form that we will be mailing to the IRS)

Joint PNC account. (My husband doesn?t use it often but deposits cash in there. He is in 1099)

Joint Chase Account opened just last week because my husband is a vet and we get free everything with it. (Didn?t know about it. It was marketed to us)

401 (k) forms showing my husband will be beneficiary

    Joint Car insurance

    Joint Renters insurance

Citi bank and capital one credit cards ( husband as authorized user)

Our Individual separate mail showing our address

At & T cable bill with both of our names

gas bill showing husband as authorized user

My pay stub showing marital status as Married for federal and state tax filing purposes

We couldn?t get a joint lease because our apartment is a tax credit apartment so it is income restricted. Both income would have disqualified us from renting and we are financially not ready to move. We will explain this and see how it goes.
