Status still shows "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" 6 months after biometrics?

Hi all, I filed my concurrent I-140 and I-485 via Nebraska in July 31st 2018. I attended USCIS in New Orleans about 2 weeks after to complete my biometrics but my status is still showing as "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" 190 days later.. is this normal?

For the past 8 months, this forum has been my daily Bible. I basically don't know what's happening in the world, because I'm too focused on this process. Lol...
What I noticed from other applicants is the status can go from "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" to "Interview Scheduled". Indeed, it's been quite a while, but all I can suggest is to give them a call. And if the first agent tells you to wait, call again because you'll get different answers. I don't know how some of them have access to some info, and some of them tell you to wait.

My status is the same and I had my Biometrics taken on Nov 23, 2018. I'm blaming it on the fact that I'm filing from Las Vegas and there are a lot of cases here.

Do you have two accounts to check your status? I ask because I do have two accounts and the status don't match, Not even the dates they received the aplication.
Check both accounts, and CALL them. I first applied in july and did y biometrics and everything. After waiting for months for an update, I called them and it turned out they never received the payment and rejected my application. If I had called before, I would've known earlier and wasted less time.
I hate how this whole thing is so weird. Some people get everything so fast, and others wait months and months for a single update.

Finger print fee was received in 10/18/2018 and i didn't get any update.

Last status change 120 days ago.

I used to worry just like you, because some got "Fingerprint review is completed" (while i NEVER get one)
and I recently got update "New card is being produced" few hours ago. (so i jump straight to EAD).

The explanation is, some officers are courteous, they update what they finish.
while others are very LAZY

Omg I understand you cause I have the same situation... first they rejected my case then I reapplied and now all the info on both sites is different.. I called and the guy on the phone was talking like he has no freakin idea what?s going on! So I?m planning to call them again soon and hopefully somebody else will be more helpful!
