Hey A1K,

That's a big jump from January to March for Final Action Dates, but no, I haven't received any update to all 485, 765, and 131. I guess maybe because it's not April yet.

You're right too. Fortunately, my I-130 has been approved. She filed I-829 which is to remove conditions by Entrepreneur, and the processing time is insanely long (about 3 years). My field office is Santa Ana, CA.

Your wife is a green card holder and not a U,S citizen and not even LPR yet ,therefore everything will take way longer than a normal case of U,S citizen applying for I-485.
I-130 is part of I-485 along with I-765 and I-131 and it should be approved upon interview as the I-485 package .but sometimes they can approve both on the spot which is the final decision or they can approve I-130 and deny the I-485 later,
so even if I -130 approved the I-485 can stil be accepted or denied in later months and that is always case by case...

My Priority Date (31 March 2017) is also current but still waiting to get an interview scheduled. For the May 2019 month priority date is 15 May 2017. Our field office is Chicago, IL. I am not sure how much time they will take to schedule an interview.

I believe the processing time for all the field office isn't really accurate and I don't know how they process each case as sometimes new cases get scheduled pretty quickly.
