Montgomery Field Office AOS approved
Hi:
We had our interview yesterday and it all went well. The USCIS officer asked about the I-485 form, some issues with wrong dates and stuff. Minimal that he fixed it himself. No personal questions about us at all. Mainly the questions about terrorism and more from the I-485. We presented many evidence of the marriage, mainly financial stuff. He wasn't eager to take affidavits or pictures. He was real nice and did emphasize that we should file for ROC on time. We are extremely happy.
Now, going to the ROC, what evidence should we collect from now on for it? We have some already that we didn't give to the USCIS as evidence of bonafide marriage.
Credit card statements together
Phone bills together
********, chat, SMS and more social media stuff
Pictures since my wife adjusted from K-1
Hotels, restaurants, travel with my wife after k-1
Sworn affidaivits from friends
Is this all still useful for ROC? Any other suggestions?
