Hi! I believe this is normal as long as you didn?t missed your interview. I have a friend that experienced this. They just needed to reschedule but you?re fine!

H1B Cap exempt

Hello Friends,

Below is my overall US h1b status

Base petition applied in =2011
I travelled to USA - 2012- 2015

meanwhile ,I came back to USA in 2015 ,

In 2016 my employer applied for H1B cap exempt, it got approved till 31 Dec 2018 but I could not travel on this petition, now as the petition is expired
can I apply for another cap exempt or I need to apply for fresh h1b.
