Rescheduled interview? What to do?

I filed my i485 on dec 1 2017 and had my interview scheduled for January 28 2018. When my husband and I got to the interview the officer told us that they will have to reschedule because our file did not arrive to the Atlanta field office. It?s been over three weeks and we haven?t received a reschedule notice. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have an idea of how long it takes to reschedule it? Any advice on what I can do to get it scheduled?

Sorry about your situation. What field office are you at? They probably still haven?t received your file yet. I would schedule an infopass if it?s available.
