Please does anyone know how long it takes to get your SSN after EAD delivery?

I got it approximately 1.5 weeks after my EAD.
However the day I got my EAD I went to a social security office and asked if they could tell me my number and that was no problem. So I knew my number already. Got the actual card like a week and a half later

Oh so I can go to the ssn office to know the number before it arrives?? Good to know! God bless you for this enlightenment

Yes you can. I thought I had to get my card from that office so that's why I went there lol
Only to find out they were going to mail it to me. But the lady that helped me told me she could look in the system for my number. Gave her my new EAD.. 2minutes later, she could tell me my SSN.
