So ive been searching far and wide about this topic and hoping to get some clarity on this. If i have a i-130 filed by my u.s. citizen father before 2001 and my priority date is now current but i lost my approval notice does anyone know if i can file i-824 along with my i-485 and i-485a package and all my other applications that will also be submitted. please no foia request comments or why pay the fee if i can or what not. I dont care about paying the fee its my lively hood and trying to stay in america and its pennys if you think about it that way at least i do.
