Hi We had our interview on 31st Jan 2019 in Atlanta. After completion of interview AO gave result of interview as "VISA REGRESSED. what does it means. Our PD is 6th September 2017, EB1

Did you born in India or China? EB1 for people born on those countries was 15DEC16 for January visa bulletin. I don't see any regression for EB1.
Visa regression, is when they schedule the interview and at that point your PD is current, then you go to the interview and they change the Final Action Dates back so your PD is not current at that point. At least that's what I understand.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center

From what I read, once your PD becomes current, they will approve the GC but sometimes it takes time after the date.Originally posted by Nivi76 View Post
