How to assemble packet?

How did you guys go about assembling your packet? Did you use binders? Did you hole punch? Did you separate the forms in different folders? I'm trying to figure out how to put my packet together.

My current idea is to separate forms and its evidence in yellow folders, include a table of contents for every folder and write on the outside of the folder what form it contains.

For example, one folder would be for the I-485 with all of it's required documents, another folder for the I-130 with all of the required documents, perhaps another folder for the I-765 and I-131 together.

Please share your ideas with me so that I can get a better idea of how to assemble it.

You can do the folders. I just did a table of contents for each form and paper clipped it. it worked. The Photos I put in photo pages and enclosed. 2 Hole punch holes on top is good too. (I didn't do that with initial package but did for additional evidence)
