Not Oct 2018, but definitely interested in staying in the loop on any cross chargeability attempts. I will post mine as well.
I am Indian born EB-2 I-140 approved applicant, waiting for PD current.
Spouse was born in ROW country, EB-2 I-140 approved. She filed was AOS on her own, and got LPR one month before our wedding.
Trying to check if I can get cross-chargeability based on "accompanying spouse" definition in the FAM guide (gets visa within 6 months of principal getting visa).
