I was just wondering if anyone knew if you can or cannot have two pending I-485 so that if one gets rejected (and I am in the United States on Advance Parole of the first filed I-485) that I won't get a Notice To Appear (NTA) for removal proceedings as I am in Advance Parole and am not really admitted into the United States in any formal status as I have immigrant intent and require an immigrant visa to enter the United States.
Does anyone know if USCIS would reject a pending I-485 if you have an I-360 and two I-140 filed under NIW pending? What class of admission do you check on your Form I-485 then? Family class admissions to adjust status or employment based adjustment of status?
