F2B, adjustment of status, rejection, Help!!!

I have I-130 approved with Priority Date 5/2014 and my case is F2B visa. I used Date of Filing Chart for adjustment of status on Feb 2019, they received my package at 7 Feb
I had my package back on 22 Feb and got rejected because my immigration visa is not available, I dont know why because my case is F2B and my PD before the date in filing chart.
My problem is that on I-797C of I-130, they typed I'm in F1 visa, but it's typographic error. I called USCIS, they said it's already approved and in NVC, nothing they can do. I asked NVC, they said my category is F2B, not F1 visa. So, I can apply the adjustment of status.
I wrote the letter explain my situation with form I-130 typographic error and sent back to them on 28 Feb again and still waiting...
I checked case status on USCIS with receipt notice beginning NBC... they write improper filed, but in the package they sent back is immigration visa is not available for my priority date
Does I send package too early or confusion on my I-797C notice of I-130?
What should I do now? Please help
