2019 concurrent filing - not received receipt number/notice

Friends,
I Sent I-485, I-131 & I-765 forms along with required documents to USCIS Dallas Lockbox through Fedex and was delivered on 01/30/2019. But I have not received any receipt number/notice through email or at my home address yet. USCIS website state that Lockbox receipts should be delivered by 10 days which is already over.. I am concerned. Does anyone has similar situation recently?

I called USCIS customer service number, I haven't get any update as my case it is not reflected in system.

Any suggestions ?

Did you send your i130 as well? Because in that case you were supposed to send it to Chicago lockbox (I heard sometimes they still transferring it to the right place) but it takes longer.

I dont know if it is different or not, but most of files i485, i765, i131 should be sent to USCIS Chicago Lockbox. Maybe it takes time from Dallas to Chicago, I suggest call Uscis again because it already 30 days, it might be get lost

Btw one of my relatives sent a form almost a year ago and never got letters on mail but I made her call uscis and they told her all the info / case numbers and stuff so don?t freak out just keep calling them I?m pretty sure everything is fine (maybe Usps just messed up with delivering mails).

Hey jay2018, congratulations on your receipt notices. Can you please share with us what date is indicated as the "priority date" on the receipts please. In other words, what date does USCIS consider that they received your application?
