Hi, I'm applying to adjust status under F2A. My wife and I live in the US and we had our immigration interview last fall at the local USCIS office. The officer was nice and the interview went well. However, they were waiting for more documents to be sent to the office and my PD was also not current at the time. So they weren't able to make a decision on the spot.
Fast forward a few months. My PD became current last month. We have completed and provided all documents, exams, and the interview last fall. But we still don't have an adjucation decision yet. I went to InfoPass appointments but I was only told my file was sent back to NBC. Does anyone know how long it would take to get the adjudication decision now?
