I am filing my I-140 for the EB1 B category and I was wondering which option is the best. I am in us currently.
My lawyer told me better to go with Counselar processing (IV) because since February USCIS uses Final Action Date to determine priority. so I can start my immigrant visa process much earlier than if I chose I-485. Anyone heard this?
