Does anyone have experience with the Minneapolis/St Paul office? I thought it would be great to get everyone's experience and information.

We filed in May 18 and my wife received her EAD in December. Other than that, we have not heard much.

I was hoping to get EAD bit earlier than that. 7 months for EAD is too long.

I got mine in just under 5 months despite them issuing an RFIE. There's hope!

See my signature below. Took me about 6 months to get my EAD / AP. There was some weirdness with how I recieved it (approval notice first, card came a month later). From the other forums and threads I've been reading, it takes about a year from filing to receive the interview notice. Minneapolis / St. Paul is one of the slowest offices in the country.
              AOS, concurrent filing. SSM

I had my interview on July 9, 2019.
That was so quick just about 40 mins. I have an approved notice 2hours after interview. Right now card is being product but my I-130 is still reviewing.

You should go there early to find a parking. I was crazy to find a parking spot when I go to interview. Because I come so close with my appointment so I didn't wait to much. The IO was so nice to us so thumb up for him. I heard normally they will split the couples into 2 different rooms and ask the question about each other. But lucky for us, he just let us sit together. The question was about the form that we filled in and also some questions like: how we meet? when we dated? when my wife become a USC? He did ask us about the proof of us like photos, joining bank account, file tax. I think because my wife is being pregnant so the interview was easy for us. So you do not need to worry much. Relax and answer the question.

Thanks, will do. The separating part is weird and kinda overkill but we'll be okay if they do that.
