Today I got a notice from case status saying my Interview ready for Schedule and Interview scheduled 1 hour later. How long do I have to wait for the actual mail? I believe the interview date is usually 3 weeks forward. Do I have to do my medical exam now or wait until I get the date of the interview? Thanks

Congratulations fdb2171, it would take 3 - 5 days to get the mail in hand and you should have your interview date around 3rd week of October (Max 5 weeks from online scheduled notice). better start looking for a good doctor with reasonable rates now.

I came with in my husband and my 2 months year old baby. ( I was pregnant when I filed for AOS)
she went ahead and ask questions about my application to verify if informations are up to date. I had to change one or two things.
She asked my husband about his past marriage. That was it, she didn’t ask any personal question at all. I guess because the baby was enough proof for her lol
At the end, she said she is done with the interview but she will need to review the application and will make a decision that afternoon or the day after.
09/12/2019 received email update saying my card is in production at 5:30 AM
09/12/2019 received email update saying that my case was approved at 6:31 PM
09/16/2019 Received email update saying “ We mailed your new card..... “ at 2:30AM
09/16/2019 received email update saying my card was picked up by usps. ( I tracked the package and it will be here on Thursday September 19 )

You mailed your package on the same day when USCIS received mine: 03/04.
Due to my busy scheduled, I took almost one month to the send the evidence requested by the USCIS and my wife will have her interview in a few weeks.My wife's timeline:
03/04/19 - Forms 485,130 and 765 received by USCIS
04/04/19 - Biometric
07/16/19 - RFE issued by USCIS (asked for the 2018 Taxes)
08/13/19 - Evidences received by USCIS
08/26/19 - Interview was scheduled
10/01/19 - Interview
10/02/19 - New card is being produced.
10/07/19 - I-797 received informing the I-130 and I-485 have been approved.
10/07/19 - Card was mailed to my wife
10/10/19 - Card received (7 months and 7 days but her card states "resident since 10/2")Comment

Hey Guys
We had our interview today and we got approved on the spot. It was actually was very smooth and we were only asked a few questions... How did we meet ? Where we worked ? and Who lived in the house?
The officer was profession and did not want any additional documents from us.
We took following :
Bank account statements
Home Ownership deed
Utility bills
Travel tickets
Photos
