We have had no update since receiving our EAD/AP card last month. So going on over 7 months with no interview ready to be scheduled. They should make these EAD/AP cards valid for 2 years if they are experiencing such a backlog!!

Hi Guys so my interview was last Friday in Nashville. I think it went pretty well.
At first we were so nervous because they separated us but then I realized that they were separating everyone. My hubby went first this is what the officer requested then we switched. We prepared a folder with pictures and joint assets. We began with all the questions on the form. She only asked a few questions about our family. The office only took two pieces of evidence, no pictures no nothing else. She stated that my husband really loved me and that she will be approving our application. She stated there was only one problem with my medical and we needed to submit a new one.
She printed off a letter requesting a new I-693
Later on in the day I received an email stating that the I-130 had been approved. So happy this is over good luck everyone if anyone has questions I will help as best as I can.3/29/2019 -485,131,765 filed

After waiting for a few days to get my SS number and it didn't arrive. I went to the SS Administration office. They searched with my name and found that my SS card had been sent out but was still on the way. The man however gave me the number. After 236 days, USCIS just sent me an update saying my card (EAD) was picked up by the post service! Our lawyer called them and she talked to tier 2. The officer told her the EAD should have been approved a long ago...but the same day I got an e-mail saying the case was approved and they would send me the EAD soon. It has been very fast since the call and the officer also sent an inquiry for the I485. I really hope they schedule the interview soon as well!
Good luck to everyone. This forum has helped me a lot with this endless wait.
