Filed March 12, Family based. Got all NOA's, i-485, i130, i131, i765. Biometrics done early April. Only status is Case Received and Fingerprint Fee Received. Getting super frustrated b/c my husband was supposed to start his new job July 1. His previous job ended June 30. No Ead and no AP yet. He's now trying to expedite through our congressman's office. I just can't believe how slow this process is.Family based, i130, i131, i765, i485

We did not receive any letter from them regarding SR. After 3 weeks, we did receive letter stating EAD/AP were both approved. Then the card came in. Received Biometrics letter last Saturday. It's been almost 6 months since filing, and just received it. Probably will wait another 5 months for EAD/AP to arrive. Very frustrating.03/05/2019 Filed concurrently EB3 Regular
