Anyone ever had this issue...
My Wife ?a USC? I-130 Petition was sent to NVC for consular processing after it was approved, we did also filed for adjustment of status, because I am in the US, I have been here since 2001.
The approval notices states ?As the petitioners request we have sent the petition to the US department of state national Visa Center?
But my Wife did not make any such request or indicated I was back in my country!
USCIS doesn?t seem to have or wants to give an explanation why the petition was sent to NVC.
Priority dates on both I-485 receipt and approval notice match.
As of July 11, 2018 my I-485 states, we are ready to schedule an interview.
And to this date still have not gotten an interview, hopefully it?s nothing to worry about!
But I just want to know has anyone ever dealt with or experienced this issue before?

I-485 was received on 06/13/2018
Biometrics done on 07/06/2018
