I'm having my final interview for I-485 in Aug. The only documents required are my passport,I-94 & my current employment letter. My question is in case my Indian Owner refused to give me current employment letter, then how can I go for the interview? Will my last pay-check be taken valid proof of employment or my current tax return? My owner has kind of threatened me as he might not be able to give me the current employment letter. I'm working for him for last 5 yrs. @ his Indian rest. in Ohio. Can anybody tell me how can I go for the interview without that letter? Thanking you.
