I am on H1-B. My wife USC. I'm aplpying for I-485 and I-130 this week. In these application there is a question about I-94 # and date of arrival in USA
Here is my question.
I travel to canada very often for business. If i send my application , will it create any problem as i'll hv to hand over my I-94 on my way out to US and i get a new I-94 everytime i land back into USA. I hope it will not create any problem in INS system. Becuase on my way out i hv to informe INS about my departure .... Any advice ?
