Hello,
I would like to file i-130 and I-485 (along with I-131, I-765) concurrently for marriage-based (with US citizen) GC application. Can someone please clarify how exactly I should put all the applications together in one envelope?
Someone on the forum suggested that it was best to separate applications (with supporting documents) using different folders.
However, my questions are...
1. Both I-130 & I-485 request G325A. Should I attach all 8 copies of G325A (4 for me and 4 for my husband) only with I-130? Or should I print out another 8 copies to attach to I-485 as well? Or should I put I-485 and I-130 apps together?
2. I-765 request proof of evidence that my I-485 is pending? If I am filing everything concurrently, do I need to attach any evidence? Or should I make a note of concurrent filing?
3. Similarly for I-131, how do I prove that my AOS pending if I am filing concurrently?
I truly appreciate any help. It is really confusing.
Regards,
Zu
