I came here U.S. with Fiance visa and got married in 90 days. My visa expired already and my husband I have not turned I-485 in to USCIS for green card yet (we just got all forms and money ready). Am I going to get in trouble at the air port if I leave U.S. because of my private problem in back home? Is that a poosible that I will not be able to re-entry U.S.? Does it matter if I leave U.S. after I send I-485 or before? I don't have time to wait to apply for forms I-131 (advance patrol). Please give me an advise.

Why don't you apply for I-485 right away? If you have the forms ready, you just have to put the forms in the mail.
