Hi Gurus,
The forum has helped me answer a number of questions on many occassions, but this is the first time I am posting a question.
My I140 and I485 was filed concurrently in July 2004; I-140 approved in July 2005 under EB3. I have a Masters degree and 5 years of experience. If my employer agrees can I refile under EB2? What exactly needs to be refiled?
My current work status is EAD. H1B expired in December 2004 and I did not get it renewed.
