I filed I-485 in Feb 2002(employement bsed), and I am waiting for approval. I am on AOS(adjustment of status), because I once came in with advance parrol. I want to get out of states and get married, is there anyway that I can add my spouse to my I-485 when she is not in the states, and she can not get any kind of visa?

Do you still have your H1B ?
I have travelled on AP and H1 visa after having filed for my AOS.
If you still have your H1B also she can travel on an H4. -

As soon as you get in with advance parrol you automatically will be on AOS not H-1, and you can not apply for H-4 for your spouse.Comment

As i indicated earlier i have travelled on Advanced Parole and then couple of months later travelled on H1B with my spouse accompanying me on an H4.
We had no problems entering the country on multiple occassions.
So, if your H1B is valid she can travel on an H4.Comment
