    i married my wife before the application for asylum was denied, now my wife divorced me recently and i have an appointent next month with the inmigration judge, please give me adivice on what i should do. or tell the judge. i have a lot of proof that the marriage was for love. see you.

    oh forgot..

    i forgot to add something there.. we filled out a form called i-130 but uscis never approved ir or replied to it.

      You need an experienced attorney. The immigration judge cant approve your I-130. To get any relief, you would have had to already have an approved I-130 and even if you did, once the divorce has happened you could not get a Green Card. If its not too late, your only option is to appeal the asylum decision. Once you got married, you should have withdrawn your asylum application. Do not go to the hearing without an attorney and do not tell the Judge that youre divorced. If you cant afford one, try and find one through one of those catholic charities or immigrtaion clinics in your city
