Hi,
My current visa status is H1B and I will be completing my 6 yrs in Nov-2006. My GC has been filed and Labor and I-140 has been approved at this stage and I am waiting for my priority dates to file for Adjustment of status. Also my employer has filed for 3 yr visa extension since i have an approved I-140. If I intend to change my employer at this stage can I do H1B visa transfer? Also when can I change my employer with my current GC application?
