Too Fast ??? Help !!!

I got married on July 14 2006 , sent my I-485 at the beggining of June 2006.

Got the appointment for fingerprints and had them taken on June 21.
My work authorization hasn't arrived yet, but I already got my interview scheduled on September 07 , 2006.
I've read many posts here, and I figure it usually takes a good year or more, to get to the interview. Has anyone had such experiences before ? isn't that suspicious that they want to interview us so fast ? I know that things improved recently and take less time but 3 MONTHS FOR THE INTERVIEW ?
I come from Poland ( been in U.S for 4 years , i'm 23, my wife is born here, she's 24 , her parents are from Taiwan so she's got the Asian look :P , is that true that officers get suspisious because of the race differences?
I'm a bit nervous , while my wife is laughing at the whole interview thing.
We both live in New York,queens, scheduled for interview in Garden City, LI.

Youre over thinking it. Most people would die for such an early date. Mine took almost 2 years and most people at least 9 months. But iv eknown a few that went through in 5 months. There is nothing suspicious about it, its just your lucky day. Be thankful. They will look at the totality of the circumstances and so race by itself is neither here nor there.
