How To Extened The Time To Respond To Rfe? Urgent Please Help
Hello experts,
I received an RFE for my pending I485 to submit a valid marriage related document from the court. As per the RFE, I should respond before 24/8/2006. That means I had only 84 days to prepare a court order which is not sufficient in Indian slow system. I filed a petition in my corresponding court in INDIA. But as usual, it is taking months to get the court order. I will get it for sure as everything is legal but not in 84 days.
Is there a way to get an extension of time respond to my RFE
