We have received from the S.F. California a request for evidence for my husbands (from the U.K.) interview. The one thing in question is the request for "Certified copies of Final Disposition of Arrests and Police CLearances, if required by classification."
Does anyone have any info on this? From what I can tell it is only of you have filed a supplement to the 1-485 that you need to bring this info...also I heard the U.K. does not give out this information..is this correct?
