    Alternative path to gc

    I need some expert advise. I am EB3 PD November 2003. My spouse and I are employed on EAD. Due to the EB3 retrogression, we were considering my spouse taking up another job on H-1B and filing under EB2 category through his new employer. Would that be a faster way to get the gc? All suggestions are welcome.
