Hi,
I have two I-94s.
I joined company A with an I-94 that expires oct. 2006. then i transferred to company B and got a new I-94 that expires oct 2008. In six months i quit company B and went back to work with company A on the previous I-94/H-1 B validity.
Now I am married to a US citizen and about to apply for I-485- AOS. In the forms, they ask for details of the I-94. I plan to mention details of the first I-94 from company A, my question is will that be a problem as in will they have details of the second/more current I-94 in their records?
I have traveled outside the country and got my first I-94 stamped with a validity of oct. 2006. i have not traveled on the second I-94 and it is not stamped.
