I-485-rfe On H1b
I got RFE on my case I-485 that has been pending for year and a half . I have been working on EAD since last 3 months. My I-140 was approved may 2005 so it's been a while. Now uscis written me that I need to give them all updates on my employment on company letterhead and if my visa petion is still valid and getting the right pay and so forth. My question is it ok that I am working on EAD AND PART Time as well. Please advice any [/COLOR]one!
