My wife entered on a K1 and we filed the I-485. She was biometrically fingerprinted in the London Embassy, based on the fingerprint requirements, She sould not of needed to be fingerprinted again. But we had the I-485 returned for non-sufficient funds.
I sent the funds, but this is a load of #$%^!, they do not even know their own rules.
Is ther anythign that can be done?
How long should this process take?
