Hi I worked for Company A June 2003 to April 2005 under H1B visa. I quit Company A April 2005 and immediately switched to H4 visa under my spouse's company. I am starting to look for a job now (September 2006), am I under the 65,000 cap for fiscal year 2007? I heard that if I have been on H1B in any of the past 6 years, and kept valid status after, then I am not subjected to the H1B cap. Also, since I am a Singapore citizen, I heard there are allocated 6,800 visa that are still not used up?
