Hi Everyone,
My parents got me petition several years ago (1998), got here in the US in 1999, my fiancee and I got married in 2001 who has then a pending H1-working visa. Hubby got his GC in 2003 - mine is stil pending. We are struggling to make our relationship work, so he always threatens me to cancel my papers.
So I thought about my parent's 1-130 petition. And here's what the online status :

Current Status:
This case has been approved. On January 23, 2002, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.
My question is, DO I still have the chance of re-opening the case? What will happen to me here? Am I going back to my native country?
My lawyer is currently on his vacation and will be back next month.
